I currently offer in-person kinesiology services out of Zen Revolution in Nanaimo, BC.
These sessions are ideal if you’re looking for hands-on assessment and in-studio support in a calm, welcoming environment.

Virtual Wellness Coaching is a membership-based option for people who want ongoing guidance, structure, and accountability without needing to be in the same city.
This is not generic online training. It’s a collaborative coaching relationship that adapts as your life changes.
This option is best suited for individuals who want ongoing guidance, accountability, and support beyond one-off programming.
Your membership includes:
